I had everything \u2013 and yet I felt empty.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

A few years ago, I was lying in my bed on a Sunday morning and thought:

The moment that exposed me<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

About two years ago \u2013 Sunday morning. I was awake, but not really present. No motivation. Not for sports, not for my motorcycle, not for creativity, not for friends. Just emptiness. Tiredness despite having slept. And this feeling: pointless, unnecessary.
Outwardly, I functioned as intended. Work. Routine. Discipline.
Inside was the desire to escape \u2013 from reality and from what I felt.
The truth was clear: I needed deeper changes. Not cosmetic. Not \"another vacation.\" But changes that begin from within.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Perfect on the outside \u2013 empty inside<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

My life looked \"complete\": a bright, luxurious apartment with a roof terrace and balconies, car, motorcycle, long-distance travel \u2013 always little rewards.
And yet I lost my laughter. I became silent.
I avoided people \u2013 even eye contact \u2013 to avoid the question \"How are you doing?\"<\/strong> .
The most dangerous sentence was: \"I have everything I ever wanted. Everything is exactly as it should be.\"<\/strong>
Until I realized: If you define your life only in terms of the outside, your inner self gets lost.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

I had little energy and was too deep in my thought spiral. So I sought support to overcome the blockage.
